Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you shop from meeramoda by Jagrati. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s our return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

• Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, with tags intact, and original packaging.

• No returns on customized or discounted items unless damaged.

2. Return Process

• Go to “My Orders” → Select item → Click “Request Return.”

• Upload product images if prompted.

• Our team will schedule a pickup.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed only after quality check.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• COD refunds may be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Reverse Pickup Failure

If a pickup is not feasible at your pincode, you may need to ship the product back yourself. Reimbursement will be provided upon receipt.
