Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how you can cancel your order:

1. Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You must opt for return post-delivery.

2. Cancellation Methods

• Visit “My Orders” → Click “Cancel Order”

3. Refund on Cancellation

• If prepaid, amount will be refunded to the original source within 3–5 business days.

• COD orders will be automatically cancelled with no charge.

4. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel orders in case of:

• Payment failure

• Stock unavailability

• Order flagged as suspicious
